Role Description The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations across the workspace floors. This includes ensuring a smooth check-in experience, managing desk and office allocations, monitoring facility cleanliness and readiness, and coordinating with vendors and building management for maintenance and services.

The Floor

Manager will handle member inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role also involves supervising support staff, implementing operational processes,



supporting events and learning sessions, and providing regular updates to management on occupancy, utilization, and member feedback.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive member experience.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with members, teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Operations Management experience to oversee daily floor activities, space utilization, and facility upkeep.
- Training skills to guide, coach, and develop support staff on service standards and operating procedures.
- Prior experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, retail, or facility management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and workspace management systems; familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
