Federation of Digital Health Sciences (FDHS) is looking for a commercially astute and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and strengthen its finance, accounts, management information systems (MIS), statutory compliance, treasury, and cost-control functions.

The ideal candidate will combine solid financial expertise with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and technology-driven financial transformation. This role will oversee financial operations across multiple entities and cluster training centres, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, efficient working capital management, and sustainable business growth.

To work closely with the Founder and executive leadership, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, financial planning, fundraising readiness, investor due diligence, and strategic decision-making.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Financial Planning & Strategic Management

•⁠ ⁠Lead annual operating budgets, multi-entity budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

•⁠ ⁠Develop financial models, cash flow forecasts, profitability analysis, and business performance dashboards.

•⁠ ⁠Support management in strategic finance reviews, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Drive expenditure containment, cost optimisation, working capital efficiency, and financial sustainability.

### 2. Finance, Accounts & MIS Leadership

•⁠ ⁠Direct the Finance, Accounts, MIS, Statutory Compliance, and Cost Control functions.

•⁠ ⁠Establish standardised accounting systems, financial reporting frameworks, and scalable processes across business units and training centres.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS, management reports, consolidated financial statements, and intercompany reconciliations.





•⁠ ⁠Strengthen internal financial controls, procurement governance, inventory management, and operational cost monitoring.

### 3. Fundraising & Investor Relations Support

•⁠ ⁠Support fundraising through equity, NCDs, term loans, working capital facilities etc

•⁠ ⁠Prepare investor presentations, financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence schedules etc

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate financial due diligence for venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices, lenders, and strategic investors.

•⁠ ⁠Support capital structuring, investor information requests, banking relationships, and transaction documentation.

### 4. Statutory, Tax & Corporate Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, professional tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits and implement corrective actions.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee ROC filings, Companies Act compliance, and applicable FEMA, RBI, and foreign exchange requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Manage banking and treasury operations, including cash credit, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and escrow accounts.

### 5. Financial Systems & Transformation

•⁠ ⁠Lead or support implementation and optimisation of SAP HANA FI/CO, Tally ERP, and other financial management systems.

•⁠ ⁠Develop SOPs, approval matrices, audit checkpoints, and internal control mechanisms.

•⁠ ⁠Leverage Generative AI, Power BI,



and financial analytics to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Drive finance transformation, process standardisation, ESG-related reporting, and scalable accounting architecture.

### 6. Leadership & Business Partnership

•⁠ ⁠Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Founder, executive leadership, and board-level stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Partner with operations, procurement, business development, and other functions to improve financial performance.

•⁠ ⁠Build a culture of fiscal discipline, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Preference: CA preferred

Screening priorities: Test financial modelling, cash-flow forecasting, multi-entity MIS, statutory compliance, ERP proficiency, and actual fundraising due-diligence experience.
