Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Field Service Engineer (Fresher) for a full-time, in office position based in Sangrur, Punjab. The selected candidate will receive practical training in the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of color sorting machines, metal detectors, checkweighers, and other industrial equipment.

The role involves visiting customer locations, assisting senior engineers during installations and service activities, identifying technical issues, and helping ensure the smooth operation of machines. Candidates will also learn how to handle customer queries, prepare service reports, coordinate with internal teams, and follow safety procedures.

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior industry experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of industrial machinery at customer sites.
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, sensor-related,



and basic automation issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support preventive maintenance, inspection, and servicing of machines.
- Understand machine operation, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Provide technical assistance and basic operating guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts, repairs, and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate service reports and document installation and maintenance activities.
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain professional conduct at customer locations.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation, maintenance, and service assignments.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and recent engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, sensors, and industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Interest in machinery, automation, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work under the guidance of senior engineers.
