Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Service Technician role based in Andhra Pradesh, India.

The Field Service

Technician will perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work at customer locations, following safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing faults, replacing or repairing components, and documenting all service activities. The role involves communicating with clients to understand service requirements, providing basic technical guidance, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely completion of jobs. The technician will also maintain tools and equipment,



adhere to regulatory and company safety policies, and support senior technicians or supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for commercial and industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals, and apply them in field conditions.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, use of protective equipment, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills for recording service activities, parts used, and work completion details.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field; electrician certification or license is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field service or industrial/commercial electrical work is preferred but motivated early-career candidates may be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site at different customer locations, with flexibility for varying schedules and occasional extended hours.
