Role Description The Fashion Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Fashion

Consultant will welcome customers, understand their style preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on fabrics, fits, and designs for custom and ready-made products. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, guiding customers through measurements and customization options, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets,



and accurately processing orders and payments.

The Fashion

Consultant will be expected to stay updated on current fashion trends and Bombay Shirt Company’s product range to deliver informed, high-quality style advice.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to advise on fit, fabrics, styling, and customization options.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build rapport, and deliver a premium in-store experience.
- Sales skills, including comfort with meeting sales goals, suggesting complementary items, and handling in-store promotions.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury or premium apparel, or personal styling is preferred.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and retail peak hours as required.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and order management tools; comfort with using mobile and web applications.
- Educational background in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
