Salary Range – up to 65k / m CTC.

Experience – 5-7 years in factory.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and Hands-on individual to manage end-to end factory operations including production, floor management, procurement, Inventory management, quality control, documentation and administrative supervision. This multi-functional role requires strong operational control, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shop floor activities efficiently in a quick-paced EV manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Factory Operations & Production Management:
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to schedules.
- Plan and monitor daily production (model-wise and colour-wise) in coordination with inventory/warehouse team
- Ensure discipline, productivity, housekeeping, and efficient utilization of manpower
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain Factory departmental SOPs

- Quality Control & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- Ensure all vehicles undergo Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure finished goods meet customer and internal quality standards.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with quality teams for corrective actions.

· Supervise PDI inspection process and ensure defect-free dispatch

· Handle warranty repair cases and re-dispatch coordination

- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Plan & monitor daily dispatch in coordination with H.O and Sales team.



Maintain accurate inward and outward material movement records.
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of finished goods
- Inventory & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, tools, and other supplies as per production needs.
- Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stock control to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Liaise with vendors for timely supply and issue resolution.
- Ensure Inventory systems, manpower planning.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, stock movements, production, despatch, and PDI Reports.
- Ensure preparation of production reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Admin for billing and procurement documentation.
- Manpower & Administration
- Supervise factory workforce including attendance, leave, and discipline
- Manage contract labour and ensure optimal manpower deployment
- Handle basic administrative responsibilities including visitor and dealer coordination

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in B. Tech/B. Com/ BBA.
- At least 3+ years of experience in factory supervision, procurement, and inventory management role. (Mandatory)
- Experience in automobile / EV / assembly unit preferred
- Strong organizational, and team handling skills.
- Knowledge in MS OFFICE & any ERP.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
