About this Position

- Production Operations Management – Ability to oversee manufacturing activities, manage production schedules, and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Safety, Quality &
- Environmental Compliance – Strong knowledge of EHS standards, quality systems, GMP/SOP adherence, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership &
- People Management – Experience supervising production employees, monitoring performance, resolving employee issues, and conducting shift handovers.
- Process Improvement &
- Problem Solving – Ability to investigate process deviations, analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis &
- Reporting – Skilled in reviewing production and quality data, identifying trends/anomalies, and preparing operational reports.
- Training &
- Communication – Capability to conduct toolbox talks, train operators, ensure knowledge transfer, and maintain effective communication across shifts and departments.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – Experience in optimizing plant performance, reducing waste, improving productivity, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Chemical Manufacturing Knowledge – Understanding of adhesives, sealants, chemical processing, batch production, and plant operations.

What makes you a good fit

- Minimum 4 years of experience in production/manufacturing workplace,



preferably adhesives, chemicals, Food Production, FMCG, Pharma or similar process industries.
- Qualification any engineering graduate.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality, Environment, and Safety.
- Ability to effectively supervise production teams and drive compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Comfortable working in a rotating-shift environment.
