Job Role:

- As Marketplace Operations Executive, you will own the PO lifecycle, from the Retail Order (RO) entering the WMS to delivery and GRN, so every PO is fulfilled accurately and within its validity window.

Key Responsibilities

PO Execution

· Punch ROs into the WMS (Unicommerce) accurately and on time.

· Allocate available inventory to POs and monitor each PO through its lifecycle.

· Ensure POs are dispatched and delivered before they expire.

Dispatch Planning & Coordination





· Plan next-day dispatches and build an executable dispatch plan.

· Coordinate with warehouse teams on PO status, picking and dispatch readiness.

· Draft clear, timely emails on PO plans for the warehouse and logistics teams.

Reconciliation & Follow-up

· Track GRN and Debit Notes (DN), and flag discrepancies to the sales team with supporting data.

· Follow up on open discrepancies until they are resolved.

Inventory Visibility

· Identify inventory shortages against open POs.

· Escalate shortages to the category and procurement teams with SKU, quantity and PO impact.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business or Supply Chain preferred).

· Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, filters, data cleaning).

· Experience with Unicommerce (or a similar WMS/ERP) is preferred.

· Fluent written and verbal communication.

· Comfortable working to daily deadlines and following up across teams.
