? Key Responsibilities

- Handle client conversations from inbound leads to outbound pitches and convert them into business.
- Understand corporate event requirements and recommend suitable venue solutions.
- Achieve and own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR, Admin, Procurement, and event agencies.
- Conduct high-value sales pitches, negotiations, proposals, and closures.
- Generate repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, expos, and corporate showcases.
- Coordinate closely with operations and venue teams to ensure excellent client experience.
- Build a solid pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

? What We're Looking For





✅ 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Event Sales / Hospitality / Venue Sales / MICE

✅ Strong corporate client network is a major advantage

✅ Experience dealing with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, or Senior Management

✅ Proven experience in achieving sales targets

✅ Strong communication, presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle

✅ Experience in event planning, venue technology, corporate gifting, or MICE will be an added advantage

✅ Highly driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building long-term client relationships

Requirements

✔️ 4–8 years of experience in Client Servicing, Events or Hospitality

✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✔️ Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✔️ Experience in corporate events, weddings or experiential marketing is preferred
