1. 1. In-Depth Company Research

- Conduct comprehensive fundamental research on listed, unlisted, and pre-IPO companies.
- Prepare detailed company research reports covering business models, revenue streams, financial performance, management, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate key financial metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, cash flows, debt, and return ratios.
- Study shareholding patterns, corporate governance, business risks, and competitive advantages.
- Identify key growth drivers, potential red flags, and factors influencing future valuations.

2. Regular Company Updates & Monitoring

- Continuously track companies under research coverage and maintain updated company profiles.
- Prepare periodic updates covering quarterly and annual financial results, business developments,



management announcements, and industry trends.
- Monitor material developments such as fundraising rounds, mergers and acquisitions, IPO plans, regulatory changes, and corporate actions.
- Analyse how significant developments impact a company's fundamentals, valuation, and future prospects.
- Provide timely, concise updates whenever important company-specific developments occur.

1. 3. Financial Analysis & Valuation

- Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance and future growth potential.
- Conduct valuation analysis using methods such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and relevant valuation multiples.
- Compare companies against listed and unlisted industry peers.
- Evaluate valuation assumptions, potential investment risks, and different growth scenarios.
- Develop research-backed views on company valuations and their key influencing factors.
