We’re hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager – HR & Workforce Optimization at SOULSARA

SOULSARA is a deep-tech company focused on optimizing workforce performance. We use biometric and psychometric data to show leaders where performance and wellbeing are breaking down, then help them fix it through data-driven subscriptions and leadership development programs.

The role

We’re looking for a growth-focused sales professional who can open doors, build meaningful corporate relationships and drive revenue growth.

You will:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads using your professional network and outreach
- Sell SOULSARA’s subscription solutions and corporate workshops
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, L&D; heads, CXOs and business leaders
- Own the pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new business, cross-sell and strategic account opportunities
- Bring market insights and customer feedback back to the team

You bring:

- 6+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading reps or partners
- Real relationships with HR heads, CHROs,



or insurance decision-makers
- A network in broking or HR consulting

Compensation:

- Fixed: ₹6–10 LPA
- Variable: up to ₹10 LPA
- Total earning potential: up to ₹20 LPA
- Incentives on current clients, renewals, workshop closures and quarterly targets

Location: Hybrid, covering South and West India Preferred: Mumbai, Belagavi or Bengaluru
