- Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Architect to lead our enterprise technology strategy, architecture governance, and long-term technical roadmap. In this executive-level role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our technical infrastructure, applications, and data systems are scalable, secure, cutting-edge, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise-wide architecture vision, principles, and roadmap across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Technology Governance & Standards: Establish enterprise architectural standards, ARB, design patterns, and governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure consistency across product teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering heads, and Information Security to align technical investments with business outcomes.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization: Guide large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, and microservices adoption to optimize performance and reduce operational overhead.
- Innovation & Futureproofing: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks,



and architectural paradigms (such as AI/ML integration, edge computing, and advanced security models) for enterprise adoption.
- Mentorship & Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering and architecture talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 9+ years in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in setting up ARB (Architect Review Board) and AI Architecture related architecture and governance.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, event-driven architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and data governance.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven history of translating complex business strategies into scalable, resilient technical blueprints.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical board members and executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
