Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: 5+years
If you've been selling into carriers, hospitals, banks or wealth managers and hitting your number for someone else, come own the territory here.
About Engineersmind
Engineersmind builds AI-powered products and delivers digital engineering for regulated industries. We are a team of 150+ engineers, product and delivery people across Jersey City, Dublin, Dubai, Noida and Bengaluru. We are profitable and growing without outside capital.
Our Products
Our five products are built for the buyers you already know:
- CXHealth: A remote patient monitoring and care-coordination platform in production with health systems and payers, and our most-referenced deployment.
- InsuredDesk: AI-powered policyholder engagement and agency automation for US independent insurance agencies, built TCPA-first and integrated with the agency management systems agencies already run.
- Fylix: An enterprise wealth management and advisory platform for RIAs, broker-dealers and private banks. It includes an advisor workspace, client portal, portfolio and account aggregation with custodian integrations, and embedded analytics, with role-based access for advisors, assistants, clients and leadership.
- XCSM: A client engagement and governance platform for wealth managers and banks, designed around the AI-governance guidance regulators are now issuing to licensed financial institutions.
- PollenX: Our private AI layer: models, guardrails and audit trails deployed inside a client's own cloud or data center, for institutions that will not send data to public models.
Our Engagements
Around the products, we deliver fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements:
- AI Readiness & Governance Review (3 weeks)
- Six-Week AI Pilot
- Compliance-Readiness Sprint against a named regulation
- Data Foundations Assessment
- Private AI Landing Zone
These are the doors. Multi-year platform work is what is behind them. Our marketing is already producing the signal: senior buyers engaging with our campaigns,
attending our webinars and visiting our site. What we need is a closer who turns that signal into meetings, and meetings into contracts.
The Role
You'll work a defined book of named Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts across the target markets.
Target industries include:
- Carriers and MGAs
- Health systems and health plans
- Regional and mid-market banks
- RIAs and wealth managers
What you'll own:
- A six-month ramp, with a stepped quota and a non-recoverable draw
- An annual quota based on first-year contract value
- Intent data and account engagement signals to identify potential opportunities
- Entry engagements designed to expand into larger platform deals
- Enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle. Prospect, run discovery, build the business case, negotiate, close. No handoffs.
- Lead with a packaged offer. Every first conversation opens with one of our fixed-scope engagements, so the buyer gets a short, priced, low-risk yes. You expand from there.
- Get in front of the people who own the problem. Heads of Claims and Underwriting at insurers. CIOs, CMIOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle at health systems. Heads of Digital Transformation at banks. COOs, Chief Compliance Officers and Heads of Advisory at wealth firms.
- Be first on the trigger. New executives, funding rounds, regulatory deadlines, enforcement actions, revealing job posts. Marketing surfaces them; you are in the inbox within 48 hours with something specific to say.
- Multi-thread every account using Sales Navigator, webinars and executive content, so you never depend on a single champion.
- Mine your network. Five named introduction asks a week into customers, partners and former colleagues.
Referrals convert at several times the rate of anything cold, and we protect the time for them.
- Run a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot. Every lead accepted or rejected with a reason, every touch logged, every chance with a dated next step. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Partner with Marketing weekly to sharpen campaigns, case studies and targeting based on what you hear in the field.
- Travel as needed to close, including occasional overnight regional trips.
Who you are
- 4+ years closing B2B SaaS or technology-services deals.
- 2+ years selling into at least one of our verticals: insurance, healthcare, banking or wealth management. You don't need all four; deep expertise in one is what matters.
- A consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota on high-value deals, and at least one seven-figure deal you can walk us through.
- Experience working with customers and markets in both India and the Middle East.
- Comfortable selling AI and data products to compliance-conscious buyers. You can talk human-in-the-loop workflows, audit trails, model inventories and regulatory exposure with confidence, and you know when to bring in the product expert.
- Experienced with account-based selling, Sales Navigator and a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- A strong writer and presenter. Your first email to a new CRO gets read because it is about them, not about us.
- Self-directed and hungry. You would rather be measured on outcomes than watched on activity.
Why here
You won't be one of 400 reps dialing the same list. You'll be one of a handful of sellers building the go-to-market for five products that are already generating senior-level demand, with a founder-led company behind you that has been shipping production software to regulated clients for years.
The accounts are identified, the content is running, the intent data is live, and a partnerships lead is opening doors with the carriers' and health plans' own technology vendors.
The gap between our pipeline and our revenue is a closer.
