About the Role

We are looking for experienced English language trainers who can deliver structured, engaging, and learner-focused training programs to improve participants' English communication and language proficiency.

Role Description

Location: North India / South India (Open to

Relocate)Engagement: Full-time

Experience: 3+years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, business etiquette, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Facilitate role plays, group discussions, and practical activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and customize training content and learning materials as required.




- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
- Adapt training methods to suit participant needs and learning objectives.
- Coordinate with the TORAH® team regarding training schedules, requirements, and progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in english language training, corporate training, or Learning & Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Flexibility to customize training approaches based on participant needs and learning objectives.
