We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with expertise in POSH compliance and workplace investigations to join our HR team.

What You'll Do

? Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.

? Serve as a key HR point of contact for POSH-related complaints, ensuring fair, confidential, and timely resolution.

? Partner with the Internal Committee (IC) to support investigations and ensure compliance with POSH regulations.

? Conduct employee counseling sessions and advise managers on sensitive people matters.

? Drive POSH awareness initiatives, training programs, and employee sensitization workshops.

? Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and workplace ethics standards.





? Collaborate with business leaders to foster a positive employee experience and healthy workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5-7 years of experience in Employee Relations, HRBP, HR Operations, or Compliance

✅ Hands-on experience handling POSH cases and workplace investigations

✅ Solid understanding of employee relations practices and grievance management

✅ Knowledge of labor laws and workplace compliance

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

✅ Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
