Role Description:

The Electrical QC Engineer will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, overseeing quality control activities for electrical distribution panels and related systems. Daily responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements. The role involves reviewing and verifying test reports, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting testing and commissioning processes for panels, automation systems, DG sets, UPS, and transformers.

The QC Engineer will collaborate with design, production,



and project teams to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in quality procedures. The position also requires coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution and adherence to regulatory and safety norms.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in electrical products or industrial electrical solutions.
- The ideal candidate should possess solid Quality Management capabilities, including knowledge of quality standards, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement practices.
- Person should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting technical drawings, test data, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving in production and commissioning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical distribution panels, automation panels, and associated equipment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality frameworks (such as ISO systems) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced industrial environment.
