- Ensure reliable operation of all electrical systems associated with production lines.

- Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and minimize production downtime.

- Troubleshoot motors, control panels, sensors, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLC-related issues, and other electrical components.

- Identify the root cause of electrical failures and recurring breakdowns.

- Prepare and implement Corrective Action (CA) and Preventive Action (PA).

- Maintain breakdown records, root-cause analysis, action taken, and verification records.

- Coordinate with NEA or external electrical service providers when required.

- Support electrical load assessment for new projects and equipment installation.

- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of DG/generator systems.

- Maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and equipment history.

Job Specification





- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification in the electrical field.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and PLCs.

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to electrical breakdowns.

- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and compliance requirements.

- Willingness to work in a factory environment and provide shift or emergency support when required.
