Role Description This is a full-time, in office Electrical Engineer role based in Palvoncha.

The Electrical

Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment used in power generation and distribution facilities. Daily activities include preparing and validating electrical layouts and schematics, supporting installation and commissioning, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure safe and continuous operations. The role involves monitoring electrical performance, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety procedures.

The Electrical

Engineer will also participate in technical evaluations, support optimization projects,



and prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including the ability to develop and review electrical schematics and layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, focusing on generation, transmission, and system stability analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including distribution network operations and equipment selection.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in industrial or utilities environments, preferably in power plants or energy infrastructure.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with electrical design and analysis software, and familiarity with SCADA or plant monitoring systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Palvoncha and support rotational or extended hours as required by plant operations.
