Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates holding a Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering who are eager to start their career in electrical contracting, interior electrification, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project management. You will work closely with senior engineers to plan, supervise, and execute electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Assist in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring electrical installations adhere to approved single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and safety codes.

Installation Work: Coordinate electrical wiring, conduit layout, main distribution panel installation, false ceiling lighting, and switchgear setup.

Testing & Commissioning: Help perform basic electrical testing, continuity checks, load testing, and troubleshooting during site handovers.

Material Management: Support inventory tracking, material inspection, and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)



for electrical components.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site progress reports, measurement sheets, and quality checklists for client and manager review.

Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Work alongside site supervisors, technicians, and interior teams to keep project milestones on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Recent graduates / Freshers welcome).

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of low-voltage (LV) distribution, interior lighting circuitry, earthing systems, and circuit protection devices (MCBs/MCCBs/RCCBs).

Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD (2D drawing interpretation) and MS Office (Excel, Word) is preferred.

Drafting Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural layouts and electrical execution drawings.

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi (for local site communication); basic functional English.

Key Attributes

Strong willingness to work on field/site locations across Pune.

Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Positive communication skills to coordinate with site labor, architects, and project managers.
