Bakebest Foods Pvt. Ltd. is part of the group’s bakery operations, with its manufacturing facility at Khopoli, Maharashtra, supporting the supply of bakery products to QSRs and other customers.

? Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E & I Engineer / Automation Engineer to join our Maintenance team at the Khopoli Plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC systems, VFDs, instrumentation and troubleshooting bakery manufacturing equipment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Ensure maximum operational availability and efficiency of process control and automation systems.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance and troubleshoot unplanned machine breakdowns.
- Maintain and update PLC programs, software backups, VFD parameters, and electrical manuals.
- Perform or verify the calibration of instruments, including PT100 sensors,



weighing scales, load cells, and flow meters.
- Prepare equipment task lists, machine-specific preventive maintenance SOPs, and maintenance risk assessments.
- Maintain electrical spare parts inventory as per preventive maintenance requirements.
- Monitor machine running hours and ensure timely closure of preventive maintenance activities in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety, health, and food safety standards.

? Education & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, and Schneider PLCs, controllers, and VFDs.
- Ability to read, trace, and troubleshoot machine control wiring.
- Training or certification in Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC systems will be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
