Role Description The EBO - Retail Advisor role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Retail

Advisor will welcome customers to the store, understand their needs, and guide them through Kimirica’s product range to offer personalized recommendations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of store presentation, demonstrating product features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and supporting visual merchandising and stock replenishment. The role also involves actively engaging with customers to enhance their overall experience,



handling inquiries and concerns professionally, and promoting brand values around wellness and sustainability.

The Retail

Advisor will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales skills with the ability to achieve targets and support store revenue growth.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist, resolve issues, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Customer Experience skills to create welcoming, memorable, and brand-aligned in-store experiences.
- Clear and confident Communication skills to explain product features, educate customers, and collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and comfort with handling cash and digital payments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
