About Us

Arrowpack / Packpe manufactures and sells packaging products – food packaging, labels, paper bags and stickers – through our own Shopify store and marketplaces such as Amazon. We are growing our D2C and marketplace business and are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and update product listings on Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) – titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs and pricing

•Manage inventory and stock updates across channels; flag low-stock and out-of-stock items

•Process and track orders, shipments and returns in coordination with the dispatch team and courier partners

•Keep prices, combo/bundle SKUs and offers accurate across all channels

•Make basic website updates on Shopify – collections, banners, pages and menus

•Monitor listing health on marketplaces and fix errors,



suppressed listings and pricing issues

•Maintain daily sales, order and stock reports in Excel / Google Sheets

•Support the marketing team with product data for ads, catalogues and promotions

Requirements

•Graduate in any discipline

•0–2 years of experience; freshers with hands-on Shopify knowledge are welcome

•Working knowledge of the Shopify admin (products, orders, collections, inventory)

•Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho is a plus

•Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and bulk CSV uploads

•Good written English and strong attention to detail

•Basic image editing (Canva or similar) preferred
