About LORETO

Loreto is a growing home furnishing brand looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce Executive to scale marketplace sales through advertising optimization, data-driven decisions, and new channel development.

This hands-on role is for someone who understands marketplace advertising, can manage significant ad budgets, and focuses on improving ROAS, sales, and profitability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve sales, ROAS, and profitability.
- Manage ad budgets and monitor key metrics, including ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance, track spend against targets, and share actionable reports.
- Optimize product listings and catalogues across Flipkart, Myntra, and new marketplaces.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and resolve operational or advertising-related issues.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
- Experience managing marketplace advertising budgets of ₹50 lakh-₹1 crore.




- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion optimization.
- Working knowledge of Flipkart and Myntra seller panels and marketplace operations.
- Understanding of product listing optimization and A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

Good to Have:

- Experience with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
- Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces.
- Experience in the home furnishing category.

Working Days & Timing:

- 5 Days a week (Mon - Fri) - weekends are yours
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
