About WholeleafWholeleaf is a fast-growing consumer healthcare company focused on differentiated solutions for chronic and everyday pain management, with products sold across doctors, pharmacies, distributors, D2C and marketplaces.

The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on DSM with experience across Rx + OTC/Nutraceutical/Consumer Healthcare and a strong understanding of both:

· General Trade (GT): Distributors, independent pharmacies & retail

· Modern Trade (MT): Organized pharmacy chains & key accounts

This is not a traditional pharma-only role. The person should understand the complete journey from doctor recommendation → distribution → pharmacy availability → secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities· Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

· Build and manage distributors, independent pharmacies and organized pharmacy accounts.

· Expand retail coverage, product availability, visibility and repeat sales.

· Work with pharmacy-chain buyers/category managers for listings and account growth.





· Ensure doctor-generated demand translates into pharmacy availability and sales.

· Manage and develop field sales representatives.

· Conduct regular market visits and remain personally involved in territory development.

· Track distributor, retailer and store-level performance and identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile· 7+ years in OTC, Nutraceuticals, Consumer Healthcare and/or Pharma sales.

· Experience across BOTH Rx/prescription and OTC/Nutra products strongly preferred.

· Strong hands-on GT/distributor/pharmacy experience is essential.

· Modern Trade / organized pharmacy-chain experience strongly preferred.

· Robust understanding of primary & secondary sales, distribution and retail execution.

· Experience managing field sales teams.

· Good knowledge of the Hyderabad/Telangana market.

· Ambitious, commercially driven and highly execution-oriented.

We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited purely to traditional prescription pharma or key-account management.
