Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition and staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and coordinating IT professionals for various technical requirements across the market.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: [0–1 years for Freshers / 1–4+ years for experienced roles in Domestic IT Recruitment].
- Technical/Domain Knowledge:



Basic understanding of IT terminology and tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Full Stack).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Attributes: High energy, target-oriented mindset, valuable negotiation skills, and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
