At Automent, we’re looking for a visionary technical leader who can go beyond managing projects to build a high-performing, scalable and commercially accountable delivery function.

This is an opportunity to lead delivery across ELV, Audio-Visual (AV), ICT, Networking, Building Management Systems (BMS) and specialist systems—driving operational excellence, profitability and technical capability across the business.

? YOUR MANDATE: LEAD. BUILD. DELIVER.

? Own the Business Performance – Drive delivery P&L;, project margins and commercial accountability across technical verticals.

? Build a Culture of Excellence – Establish delivery standards, commissioning protocols and governance frameworks across projects.

? Think Ahead. Plan Smart. – Align technical capacity, talent and resources with the order book and future project pipeline.

? Lead Leaders – Develop strong vertical heads, build second-line leadership and strengthen execution capabilities.

? Drive Technical Excellence – Lead OEM partnerships, certification strategies and critical technical decisions.

? Create Accountability – Drive monthly delivery reviews, performance tracking and continuous improvement across teams.

? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

✔ B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or ECE

✔ 15–20 years of experience in ELV, AV, ICT or systems integration





✔ At least 5 years of experience owning delivery and P&L; across multiple technical verticals

✔ Strong expertise in project profitability, resource planning, delivery governance and senior client management

✔ A strategic thinker who can translate technical expertise into measurable business outcomes

PMP, PRINCE2 or an MBA will be an added advantage.
