DIGITAL TRAINER & CONTENT DEVELOPER

V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for a Digital Trainer & Content Developer to join our Human Resources – Learning & Development (L&D;) team.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine Instructional Design + Digital Content Creation + Training Delivery to build engaging learning solutions for our growing workforce across stores, Distribution Centres and Head Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify learning gaps.

Design e-learning modules, micro-learning videos, explainer animations, infographics, job aids and quizzes.

Convert SOPs, policies and process documents into simple, visual learning content.

Develop English & Hindi and regional-language learning content.

Script, shoot and edit short training videos and system walkthroughs.

Conduct Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) through MS Teams / Zoom / Google Meet.

Manage onboarding, induction, NSO training and refresher programmes.

Train employees on systems such as POS, SAP, HHT, HRMS and internal applications.

Manage LMS courses, learning paths, assessments, certifications and enrolments.

Track LMS adoption, training completion and learning effectiveness.

Prepare Training MIS, dashboards and assessment reports.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes for Store Managers and Zonal Trainers.

REQUIRED SKILLS





3–6 years of experience in Corporate Training / E-Learning / Instructional Design

Retail / FMCG / Multi-location business experience preferred

Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring or Vyond

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro / Camtasia and Photoshop

Experience in virtual & classroom training for frontline teams

Knowledge of LMS, SCORM / xAPI

Strong communication & facilitation skills in English and Hindi

Advanced MS PowerPoint & MS Excel

Willingness to travel to stores and DCs as required

GOOD TO HAVE

- Instructional Design / Training & Development certification
- Experience with AI-based learning tools, gamification & micro-learning
- Exposure to POS, SAP or HHT-based retail operations
- Knowledge of an additional regional language
