Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Karnal.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will manage and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and student engagement across key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing social media marketing activities, optimizing digital ad campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and improving performance across channels. The role involves creating and managing content for digital platforms, coordinating with counseling and operations teams to promote services and events,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The specialist will also track campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to GeeBee’s digital presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, grow audiences, and drive engagement with prospective students.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance metrics, interpret data, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, create clear messaging, and engage with prospective students.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or student recruitment marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media ad managers, and email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnal, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
