About the Role

Dolphin Infra is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid advertising, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing digital marketing campaigns, driving qualified leads, optimizing advertising performance, and strengthening the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and lead generation targets.

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversions, and ROI to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant reporting tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging creatives, ad copies, and promotional campaigns.





Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Take ownership of digital marketing activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Management.

Robust understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign ROI.

Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Must be comfortable working from our office in Sector 16, Noida.

Candidates should have practical, hands-on experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns.

Compensation

Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
