Role Description The Digital Marketing Associate & Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in NIBM, Pune City. This role combines digital marketing responsibilities with end-to-end travel consulting and reservation services for guests and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing online marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital content, coordinating promotions for Vervve Hotels & Resorts, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize online visibility and brand awareness.

The role also involves advising guests on travel options, managing travel arrangements and itineraries, handling reservations and bookings,



and delivering responsive customer service throughout the guest journey. The associate collaborates closely with sales, operations, and hotel teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate information, and a consistent guest experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise guests and coordinate complete travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, schedules, and itinerary changes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Relevant digital marketing skills, such as social media management, content creation, basic SEO, and campaign execution, are highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with common office and booking tools (e.g., MS Office, online reservation platforms, CRM systems) is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a skilled, guest-oriented approach at all times.
