Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting &
- Consolidation: Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with applicable IND AS requirements, with a strong focus on consolidation and group financial statements.
- - IND AS Compliance: Interpret and apply relevant IND AS standards to practical business scenarios, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- - Budgeting &
- Forecasting: Support the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with relevant business and functional teams.
- - MIS &
- Variance Analysis: Prepare periodic MIS reports, analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and highlight key financial trends and business insights.
- - Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and support management decision-making.
- - Systems &
- Process Management: Work in an SAP S/4HANA setting to extract, analyze, and report financial data, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- - Audit &
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate timely submissions, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with reporting timelines.
- - Analytical Support: Identify financial trends, potential risks, and reporting discrepancies,



and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- - Reporting Tools &
- Automation: Leverage consolidation and FP&A; tools to improve reporting accuracy, streamline financial analysis, and enhance reporting efficiency.

Candidate Profile / Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and FP&A; processes.
- - Expert understanding of IND AS, particularly standards relating to consolidation and group financial statements, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
- - Hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial variance analysis.
- - Experience in preparing financial performance dashboards and management reports.
- - Working experience with SAP S/4HANA and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- - Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with auditors and cross-functional teams.
- - Ability to independently manage deliverables, maintain accuracy, and meet stringent reporting deadlines.
- - Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in financial consolidation and FP&A; tools.
