We are seeking an experienced Desktop L2 Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users, ensuring effective operation of desktop systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for desktop-related issues and requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and printer setup.
- Document and track issues using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with L1 support and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Train users on new applications and technologies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
