Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Management. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, improving online visibility, optimizing website performance, and generating quality leads for Aviva India.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO & AEO: Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, off-page SEO, content optimization, and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO).
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search, Display, and Performance Max to drive leads and maximize ROI.
- Website Management: Manage website updates, landing pages, user experience, page speed, technical issues, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track digital performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and Looker Studio. Monitor traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, and ROI.
- Lead Generation:



Drive qualified leads through organic and paid channels while continuously improving conversion rates.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and website management.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and website CMS platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, and website analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI.
- Experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.
