Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Payment Posting and Charge Entry as a US Healthcare RCM Process.

• Complete payment entry in a timely and an accurate manner within the specified SLA Timelines

• Manage communication with appropriate stakeholders including AR managers, Customers, and Client representatives.





• Build Expertise to identify payments not being paid accurately and communicate to relevant stakeholders to improve client financial outcomes.

• Review and manage the consolidation of financial statements with deposits from clients.

• Maintains Professional Knowledge regarding Practice specific procedures, Insurance Carriers in the US Healthcare workplace.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Payment Posting- US healthcare Revenue cycle process.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability in both written & verbal communication.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite experience (Word & Excel).
