As a Deals Advisory - Data Specialist - Associate you will support commercial diligence and value creation work across transactions by helping gather, organize, and interpret data that informs client decisions. As an Associate you will contribute to project tasks, build analytical skills, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop a deeper understanding of how your work supports broader engagement goals within our Advisory practice and the Deals network. In this role at PwC, you will assist with data preparation, research, issue spotting, and the creation of clear insights that support senior team members and client-facing deliverables while growing your technical knowledge in forensic technology and commercial diligence.

Responsibilities

- Supporting forensic technology engagements by gathering data, reviewing records,



and organizing case materials
- Analyzing financial transactions, accounting records, and digital evidence to identify fraud indicators and irregular activity
- Assisting with evidence preservation, chain of custody documentation, and case file maintenance
- Using data analytics and digital tools to search for patterns, anomalies, and transaction trends
- Contributing to investigations involving fraud detection, financial crime prevention, and regulatory matters
- Reviewing regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and internal control information to support client assessments
- Preparing summaries, schedules, and workpapers that document findings and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop transparent, accurate deliverables for client use

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
