About the RoleDeqode is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA – MS SQL Server) for a government-sector IT engagement in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on database administration experience and the ability to investigate database performance issues and support reliable database operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database environments.
- Monitor database performance and investigate performance-related issues.
- Troubleshoot database problems and support performance optimization.
- Support database maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to reliable database operations across enterprise IT assignments.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or postgraduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on DBA experience.
- Experience spanning at least 4 qualifying turnkey IT assignments.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working with government clients.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in database performance troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments
