Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Data Management Specialist (fresher) with advanced Excel knowledge. The role involves collecting, entering, and updating financial and customer data in internal systems with high accuracy and consistency. The specialist will work extensively in Excel to manage large datasets, create and maintain spreadsheets, generate basic reports, and use formulas, pivots, and data validation tools.

Daily responsibilities include verifying data against source documents, identifying and correcting data discrepancies,



and assisting in preparing MIS reports for management. The role also includes collaborating with finance and operations teams, following data security and compliance guidelines, and supporting process improvements related to data management.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data filtering, and basic data analysis.
- Ability to manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of financial and customer data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of finance or NBFC operations, with interest in asset finance and lending processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Comfort with learning new software tools and internal data management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving approach, and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
