We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Team Lead with strong expertise in Application Security, Cybersecurity Engineering, vulnerability management, and secure software development practices.

? Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cyber risk analysis.
- Perform application security reviews, code reviews, and Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST).
- Identify security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CPRA, SOX, and PCI-DSS requirements.
- Secure cloud environments, web applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Project Management teams.
- Support security incident resolution, secure coding awareness,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

? Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Application Security, or Information Security.
- Strong knowledge of SSDLC, secure coding, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Qualys, SonarQube, Detectify, GitHub Advanced Security, or equivalent.
- Experience in application security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and cloud security.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

? Mandatory Certification – At Least One ✅ CISSP

✅ CSSLP

✅ SSCP

✅ GWEB or an equivalent cybersecurity certification

? Valuable to Have

- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD security integrations, Kubernetes, and container security.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security and Zero Trust Architecture.
