We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound international voice interactions while driving sales initiatives. This position is critical for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving specific business targets through effective communication and strategic follow-up.

Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume international voice calls to provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries promptly.
- Execute lead follow-up strategies to nurture potential clients and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations to secure recent business and meet revenue goals.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements
