HCLTech is hiring CSR – Online Proctoring to support online examination processes and ensure a secure testing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify candidate records during check-in.
- Guide candidates through exam setup and requirements.
- Monitor online examinations via video and remote tools.
- Assist with technical issues and escalate incidents when required.
- Ensure compliance with exam security policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality standards.
Requirements
✅ Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
✅ 0-12 months of experience
✅ BPO/KPO/Customer Service experience is an added advantage
✅ Excellent English communication and customer service skills
✅ Robust attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
