About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Relation Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the front face of our brand—managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience from product selection through post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities● Multi-Channel Support: Deliver high-satisfaction customer service across email, phone, live chat, and social media while strictly meeting service SLAs.

● Issue Resolution & Feedback: Resolve complaints professionally using root-cause analysis and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product and process improvements.





● Pre-Sales & Customization Assistance: Guide prospective customers through product selection, pricing, and customization options to boost sales conversions.

● Order Management & Sales Growth: Assist with order placement, payment verification, and cart recovery, while actively recommending relevant complementary products and offers.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, fulfillment, and technical teams to optimize both the sales pipeline and overall service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements● Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong online communication etiquette.

● Sales & Service Aptitude: Basic understanding of customer retention, sales support, and persuasive communication skills.

● Languages (Bonus): Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English is a strong advantage.

● Skills: High attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

● Interests: A passion for photography, design, or personalized products is a plus.

Position Details● Location / Work Mode: Work from Office

● Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
