Role Overview

We’re looking for customer-focused individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth, positive experience for Cult.fit members.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
- Resolve issues related to memberships, bookings, payments, and app usage.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.




- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or growth roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry is an advantage.
