Role DescriptionThe Customer Care Associate will handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat regarding courses, schedules, payments, and platform usage. Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases, following up with customers, and maintaining service quality while meeting performance targets during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat.




- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues when required.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and service-level standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Robust customer service and support skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional etiquette.
- Empathy, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Analytical ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Comfortable working night shifts and adhering to scheduled hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, MS Office, and web-based platforms.
- Prior experience in customer support, call centres, or EdTech is preferred.
