Your role includes continuous engagement in refining project requirements and ensuring that the solutions developed effectively support business processes. You will also spend time coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and contribute to the overall success of software initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into ongoing development activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience in developing responsive user interfaces using SAP UI5 framework.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and cooperative development workflows.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
