About Nikistian

Nikistian (nikistian.ai) is a paid membership where Indian retail investors learn crypto and AI. Members get live classes every week, a private community on Telegram and WhatsApp, and an app with courses, challenges, trade setups and AI research tools. We have around 300 paying members today and we are growing fast.

We are hiring our first Crypto Community Manager.

What this job actually is

You own whether our members stay. This is not posting content for the sake of posting. It is making sure the people who paid us actually show up, learn something, and renew next month.

What you will do

- Welcome every recent member and get them fully set up — app account, Telegram, WhatsApp group, first live class
- Run the community every day — conversations, questions, a weekly rhythm people can rely on
- Plan and run activities: challenges, member spotlights, live Q&A; sessions
- Spot members going quiet and reach out personally, including on the phone, before they drift away
- Coordinate live classes — schedule them, send reminders, post replays, chase attendance
- Make sure no member question goes unanswered
- Tell us every week what members are actually asking for
- Report the numbers: new members, how many got active, class attendance, renewals

What success looks like

More members attending classes.



More members using the app. And more members still with us in month three than before you joined. That last one is the number you own.

Who we are looking for

- 3 to 5 years running a community, or in customer success, retention or inside sales
- Genuinely interested in crypto and markets. You do not need to be a trader — you need to be curious enough to hold a real conversation about it
- Fluent in Hindi and English, on calls and in writing
- Organised enough to work through a list every single day without anyone checking on you
- Someone who talks to people, not just at them

Nice to have

- You have run Telegram or WhatsApp communities before
- Experience in edtech, trading, or a finance community The details
- Fully remote, anywhere in India
- Full time
- You need your own laptop and a stable internet connection
- You will work directly with the founder every week
