We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic CRM & ERP Trainer to train clients and users on our company's CRM and ERP software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting software training sessions, explaining system functionalities, assisting users in understanding workflows, and ensuring the effective adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on the company's CRM and ERP software for clients and internal teams.
- Explain software features, modules, workflows, and functionalities in a simple and practical manner.
- Understand client requirements and customise training sessions based on their business needs.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance on using the software.
- Assist clients with software onboarding, user adoption, and basic functional queries.
- Prepare training materials, user manuals, presentations, and step-by-step guides.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Support clients during software implementation and post-training activities.
- Identify user difficulties and provide appropriate guidance and solutions.
- Collect client feedback and continuously improve training methods.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and session reports.




- Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure users can effectively operate the software.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in software training, CRM/ERP implementation, or functional support is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Basic understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, business workflows, and software applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for training, if required.
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions and coordinate with different teams.
