We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Creator Onboarding & Management Executive to identify, onboard, and manage talented creators and influencers while building strong relationships with them and connecting them with relevant brand opportunities.





Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential creators and influencers across social media platforms.
- Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, audience, and brand collaborations.
- Onboard creators and maintain an updated database of signed talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded creators.
- Connect with Brands to match creators with relevant campaigns.
- Track creator growth, engagement, and brand collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up with creators regularly and maintain daily onboarding records.
- Meet weekly creator onboarding and acquisition targets.

Requirements:

- Prior agency experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to identify promising creators and assess their content performance.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
