We’re Hiring! Creative Writing & Public Speaking Facilitator

Role Description

We’re looking for passionate and skilled facilitators to make learning creative, engaging, and meaningful for children aged 8–14 years.

Creative Writing

- Strong understanding of narrative, persuasive, and descriptive writing techniques, with excellent editing skills.
- Ability to simplify writing concepts and make them engaging for children.

Public Speaking

- Ability to provide constructive, encouraging feedback on speeches and presentations.
- Understanding of theatre techniques, stage presence, and body language.
- Knowledge of debate formats, argument-building, and constructive counterarguments.

Specific Skills

- Ability to engage children with diverse personalities and energy levels.
- Skill in creating a safe environment where every child feels comfortable participating.
- A positive,



encouraging approach to feedback that builds confidence and translates improvement into achievable milestones.
- Passion for helping children develop their communication, critical thinking, and self-expression skills.

Experience: Prior experience of working with children in this space is a bonus
