Role Description: The Cook will work full time on-site at the Surat location, preparing daily meals for directors, guests, and visitors as required by the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing menus, preparing vegetarian dishes only, and ensuring consistency in taste. The Cook will maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and coordinate with administration for timely procurement.

The role also involves monitoring cooking times, adjusting recipes when needed, minimizing food waste, and supporting special events or gatherings with tailored food prep arations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in cooking a variety of Indian and regional cuisines,



with the ability to prepare both everyday meals and special dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation standards, including protected storage and handling of ingredients.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including time management, coordination of multiple dishes, and efficient use of equipment.
- Prior experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant in a canteen, restaurant, or corporate setting is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support business schedules, events, and peak periods.
