Role Description The Controller of Examinations is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all university examinations and related assessment processes. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad, includes preparing examination schedules, supervising question paper setting and secure paper handling, organizing invigilation, and ensuring timely evaluation and result declaration. The role involves implementing and monitoring examination policies and regulations, maintaining accurate examination records, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

The Controller of Examinations will collaborate closely with academic departments,



administrative units, and external stakeholders to support smooth conduct of assessments and continuous process improvement. The position also requires effective use of examination management systems, data analytics for academic reporting, and leadership in handling grievances, revaluation requests, and audit requirements related to examinations.
